Senior Branch Leader – Elevate Customer Service

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Branch Manager for our Wolverhampton, West Midlands branch. This 12-month secondment is full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday. You will lead branch staff, deliver excellent customer service, and drive performance in a customer-led culture.

You will coach teams, manage relationships with members, and ensure regulatory and operational risk are effectively managed across the branch. This is a high-visibility leadership role within a trusted mutual.
