- Analyse customer behaviour and product usage to identify opportunities to increase adoption and reduce churn.
- Work closely with sales, product and marketing teams to support customer retention, renewals and account growth.
- Optimise lifecycle campaigns using CRM, marketing automation and performance insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven B2B lifecycle or customer marketing experience within SaaS, subscriptions, data, analytics or information services.
- Demonstrable experience improving customer onboarding, product adoption, engagement and retention.
- Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automated journeys and behavioural marketing.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally Salesforce and Pardot.
- Commercial awareness of how lifecycle marketing supports renewals, retention and customer lifetime value.
- Experience marketing subscription products to financial institutions or professional B2B audiences would be advantageous.
Why Join?
- Build something new: Shape the lifecycle marketing strategy within an established global business.
- Make an impact: Directly influence customer engagement, retention and subscription growth.
- Hybrid flexibility: Three days working remotely, with Tuesdays and Thursdays in a central London office.
