As a Building Surveyor, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to deliver high-quality, value-driven solutions that make a real difference. You’ll lead projects, mentor junior colleagues, and build lasting client relationships-all while contributing to the strategic growth of our dynamic team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver exceptional building surveying services across diverse projects.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities
• Prepare and submit tender submissions with strategic insight.
• Collaborate with Partners on project planning, reporting, and fee updates.
• Drive team profitability and cross-disciplinary referrals.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 5 years experience in a Building Surveyor role with at least two years working at senior level
• Chartered RICS Membership
• A confident communicator with excellent presentation skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded professional with a passion for the built environment.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
• Access to a vehicle and a clean driving license.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £65,000.00 per year
