The workload is genuinely varied. Youll be working across residential and commercial property, with current projects including high and medium-rise recladding programmes, alongside building fabric and M&E works across commercial estates.
Whats in it for you?
Youll have plenty of autonomy rather than being tied to a desk. Most of your time will be spent working across projects and sites throughout London and the South East, with typically only one day in the London office every couple of weeks.
Youll also get:
- A varied portfolio rather than being pigeonholed into one type of surveying
- A small team where youll have genuine responsibility and visibility
- The backing of a much larger consultancy working across major UK infrastructure and property programmes
What are we looking for?
Youll need to be an experienced, professionally qualified Building Surveyor operating at Senior level. Your background could be a mix of residential, commercial, building fabric, recladding or a mixture you dont need to tick every box.
More important is that youre comfortable taking ownership of projects, dealing with clients and getting out to sites.
Geographically, somewhere around Milton Keynes / the northern Home Counties would work particularly well, although theres flexibility for the right person if youre comfortable travelling across London and the South East.
