Quantity Surveyor – Tunnelling & Infra, North Wales (Site)

Solution Search Limited – Civils & Rail is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join the Commercial Team on a major tunnelling and infrastructure scheme in North Wales. The role is site-based (on/office) with a 5‑day on-site commitment and immediate start.

You will manage subcontractor accounts, issue payments, handle applications for payments, manage compensation events and produce cost reports, supporting delivery through to at least December 2026 and beyond.
