Private Client Partner

Overview

In this role you lead and grow the Surrey private client practice within an established regional law firm. You work with Partners to shape the department’s strategy, standards, and service quality. You manage a complex portfolio while mentoring senior fee-earners and expanding the referrer/client base. You drive firm-wide aims in business development, financial performance, and governance. This is a senior role with influence over strategy and a focus on building a thriving, client-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex client portfolio
