Lead Mechanical Engineer — Design Leader (Consultancy)

Arcadis is seeking a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join our Places Design Practice. You will lead mechanical design on large projects, working with other design disciplines to integrate the overall solution and present complex technical concepts to clients.

You will manage project teams of up to 10 people, provide technical guidance, support delivery, and develop junior engineers, contributing to delivering sustainable, high‑quality outcomes for clients worldwide.
