Specialty Pharmacy Liaison & Patient Care Advocate

Care New England Health System is seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Technician-Liaison to work with specialty clinicians and patients. You will encourage use of the CNE Pharmacy, complete prior authorizations, and secure financial assistance, directing prescriptions to the specialty pharmacy when appropriate.

You will collaborate with clinic staff to ensure quality patient care, support outbound adherence efforts, and participate in process improvements while maintaining strict confidentiality.
