Community Health Assistant – Home Care & Flexible Hours

East of England Community Health and Care NHS Trust is seeking a compassionate Community Healthcare Assistant to join the Norwich Community Hospital team. The role covers 37.5 hours per week, with shifts 8am–8pm across 7 days, including weekends.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centred care in patients’ homes and community settings. The post is Band 3 in the NHS with a permanent contract and ongoing professional development opportunities.
