Empowering Care & Support Worker (Learning Disabilities)

L’Arche Kent in Kent invites applications for a Care and Support Worker. You will support people with learning disabilities in homes and community settings, following agreed support plans and L’Arche values.

This permanent, full-time role involves helping with personal care, encouraging independence, and enabling activities to meet leisure, social, practical and spiritual needs. 40 hours per week, £12.82 per hour plus sleep-in allowance; closing date 26 October 2026.
