Job Description:
Our client, a top Principle Contractor are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial Team on a major Tunnelling and Infrastructre scheme in North Wales.
Based on site offices (5 days per week) daily duties will include Sub Contractor Account Management, Issuing Payments, Applications for Payments, Compensation Events and Cost Reporting.
To be considered for this, you will have a minimum of an HNC in Quantity Surveying and will have solid all round Civil Engineering exposure to your name gaained with Main Contractors.
In return, an immediate start is on offer with a top day rate and work that will go until at least December 2026 and likely beyond.
