Team Leader, Social Care – Coaching & Driving (Aberdeen)

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a committed Team Leader to supervise frontline staff in our Aberdeen Stoneywood services. A valid UK driving license is required, as travel between sites may be necessary.

This full-time role involves coaching staff, delivering supervision, rotas, and ensuring high-quality support planning for individuals. You will liaise with external partners, ensure adherence to standards and represent the organisation values in all interactions.
