Hybrid Social Care Charging Assessor – Part Time

Solihull Council, part of the Income & Awards team, is seeking an Awards Assessor to join on a 22-hour per week basis. The role involves assessing customer charges for social care under statutory guidance and supporting customers with charging rules and local policies.

You will work with multiple departments on complex queries to deliver a smooth, responsive service, with hybrid working from home and occasional office visits in Solihull.
