Finance Business Partner: Strategy & Insight Lead

Chailey Heritage Foundation seeks a Finance Business Partner to shape financial decisions across services. You’ll lead management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and provide clear financial analysis to help leaders understand the numbers and inform action.

You’ll build trusted relationships, challenge assumptions when needed, and identify opportunities to improve reporting, systems and processes. You will deputise for the Head of Finance and support a collaborative Finance Team.
