Hybrid Client & Product Support Analyst

IDGateway in Farnborough is seeking a Junior Client and Product Support Analyst to be the primary contact for clients, handling telephone and email support across all products, and to manage expectations with warmth and professionalism.

You will log and track issues in Jira Service Desk and Confluence, reproduce issues, develop user documentation, and support client education while meeting SLAs and helping customers become more self-sufficient.
