Senior Sous Chef – Lead Kitchen & Train Team

Hiddenwell is seeking a Senior Sous Chef for Ardencote Manor to lead kitchen operations in the Head Chef’s absence. You will drive food quality, manage staff performance and ensure smooth service across shifts.

You’ll oversee stock, hygiene, health and safety, and supplier relations while maintaining a calm, hands-on presence in a busy kitchen environment. 45 hours weekly, full-time permanent role.
