Independent Living Officer – Support Independence

Stockport Homes Group is recruiting Independent Living Officers to support customers in Brookhead Lodge and the wider area. The role emphasizes person-centred housing management, wellbeing, and access to services for people with varying care needs.

Two positions exist: 18.5 hours per week and 37 hours per week. You will work with the Independent Living Service and 24/7 Carecall to deliver flexible, compassionate support.
