Hybrid Talent Acquisition Advisor for Senior & Specialist

De Montfort University (DMU) is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Advisor (0.6 FTE, pro rata) to support senior leader and specialist recruitment. The role is hybrid with one day onsite weekly at the Leicester campus and a fixed-term contract until September 2027.

Ideal candidates will have end-to-end recruitment experience, strong sourcing for specialist roles, and the ability to advise on attraction, selection and candidate engagement for high-calibre hires.
