Facilities Manager – Premium Residential Properties

Greystar is seeking a Facilities Manager to support the Community Manager by overseeing the maintenance, safety, and service delivery across residential buildings. You will manage work orders, inspect plant and equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

You will lead a team, coordinate with contractors, monitor budgets and CAPEX, develop preventative maintenance plans (PPM), and report on performance to optimize asset life cycle.
