Pab Staffing Solutions Ltd are seeking a Business Development Executive to convert inbound enquiries into orders, building lasting customer relationships from our Northampton base. This role focuses on telephone-based B2B selling with uncapped commission and no cold calling.

You will manage a portfolio of existing customers, prepare quotations, and progress opportunities to order while maintaining a robust CRM and sales pipeline. Experience in identity-related or technical products is a bonus.
