Strategic Project Manager – Housing Estate Planning

National Armaments Director Group is seeking a Project Manager – Housing Estate Planning to support strategic management of the MOD housing estate. You will identify surplus properties, coordinate disposal plans, and drive estate rationalisation in line with the DHS Delivery Plan.

You will lead a diverse team, negotiate with stakeholders, and provide expert guidance to senior leaders across DIO and industry partners, ensuring alignment with Defence priorities and site delivery goals.
