Remote UK Service Operations Director

Carrier is seeking a UK Service Operations Director who will lead the transformation of its Commercial HVAC and Residential Service businesses in the UK. The role reports to the UK Managing Director and is responsible for overall performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The candidate will drive digital service adoption, collaborate with regional and European leaders, and manage a large, multi-site service organisation with travel across the UK.
