What are they looking for in return

• Proven track record of leading successful projects and working within a large site team.
• Previous Project Management Experience in a similar field
• Good knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical building services.
• HNC/HND in building services is advantageous.
• Experience in all domestic water and drainage aspects
• Experience in HVAC
• Experience in BMS and Control advantageous
• Good IT skills and ability to use Microsoft Office, company quality documents, programming, and commercial assistance.
• Strong Health & Safety culture with an assertive and proactive ability to ensure compliance with compliant and project procedures.
