Generalist Adviser: Housing, Benefits & Debt

Citizens Advice Braintree & South Essex is seeking a Generalist Adviser for Canvey Job Centre and Basildon Foodbank. You will split your week: 2 days at Canvey Jobcentre and 3 days at Basildon Foodbank, offering free, independent, and impartial advice to residents on housing, benefits, debt, and more.

You will support clients face-to-face, over the phone, and online, handling casework where appropriate and guiding people toward practical solutions.
