About The Role
As our Service Delivery Lead , youll be responsible for providing strong leadership and support to both colleagues and the people we support, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Leading and supporting teams to deliver outstanding person:centred care.
- Developing, implementing and monitoring effective systems and processes.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Driving service improvement initiatives and promoting best practice.
- Working collaboratively with external agencies and governing bodies.
- Identifying and supporting new business and growth opportunities within the service.
- Creating a positive, inclusive and empowering culture for both colleagues and people supported.

About You
Were looking for a dedicated and experienced care professional who:
- Holds current CQC Registered Manager status, or is able to obtain registration.
- Holds a Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care , or is willing to work towards achieving this qualification.
- Has strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional outcomes for people we support.
- Shares our values and commitment to inclusion, dignity and empowerment.
