We are assisting a global firm with a market-leading international real estate practice to hire at Senior / Managing Associate level. The position requires a minimum of 5 / 6 years’ post-qualified real estate experience gained within another leading City practice or major regional real estate team. The partners are seeking an ambitious commercial property lawyer who has strong, lead associate, transactional real estate and (ideally also) real estate finance experience, managing their own caseload as well as working in teams on larger matters.
The person who takes this position will have the opportunity to lead on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions spanning investment, development and corporate occupier work, as well as advising on the property elements of real estate finance transactions, acting for a high-profile domestic and international client-base. They will supervise juniors and maintain and develop relationships with key clients, as well as engaging in business development in order to promote the team more widely and to build their own network.
