Day Shift Leader — Residential Care Home

Gloucester Charities Trust is seeking a Shift Leader (days) for Magdalen House, our 29-bed residential care home in Gloucester. The role pays £16.00 per hour, with an additional £1.00 per hour at weekends. The post is 36 hours per week, designed for skilled carers who prioritise resident health and wellbeing.

Applicants should have experience in medication administration and hold, or be willing to work towards, NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care. We do not sponsor employment.
