In-House Solicitor: Employment & Litigation (Hybrid, Flexible)

The University of South Wales is seeking a Solicitor (Employment & Litigation) to join our in-house Legal Services team at the University Secretary’s Office. You will provide expert employment law advice to support staff, students and governance across the university.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will handle a broad caseload, manage external advisers and contribute to strategic, values-led decision-making within a large UK university, with hybrid working and a Pontypridd-based role.
