Senior Care Lead – Nursing Home, Person-Centered Care

St Cuthbert’s Care is recruiting a Senior Carer for St Catherine’s Nursing Home in Newcastle Upon Tyne. The role involves delivering high-standard, compassionate care while leading the staff team and developing person-centred care plans. 35 hours per week on site. The salary is £15.11 per hour.

The successful candidate will have a Diploma Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational abilities to enhance resident wellbeing.
