Swindon Housing Assistant — Community & Safety (12-Month)

Methodist Home for the Aging Corporation is seeking an organised Housing Assistant for Stanton Lodge, Swindon on a fixed-term (12 months) contract. 37.5 hours per week, starting January 2027, with a salary of £26,916 per annum.

You will support day-to-day housing scheme management, help residents feel safe and at home, assist with lettings, rent arrears, health & safety, and contribute to a welcoming, community-focused team. A Level 2 Housing qualification is desirable.
