Senior Healthtech Counsel (Part-Time, Global)

HeliosX is seeking a Senior Commercial Counsel (part-time) to provide strategic and operational legal support for a fast-scaling healthtech business. You will advise on contracts, IP, NPD, and consumer/regulatory matters across international markets.

You will report to the General Counsel, manage a direct report, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficient contract lifecycle management in a dynamic, AI-enabled environment.
