We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting and commercial analysis across a complex international organisation. This is a high-impact role for a strategic finance professional who can combine strong technical expertise with practical business partnering skills. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, supporting informed decision-making, sustainable growth and effective financial governance.
Key responsibilities will include overseeing the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes; delivering accurate and insightful monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; and analysing performance against financial and operational objectives. You will establish consistent reporting standards across markets, identify trends and risks, and provide clear recommendations to improve profitability, cash flow and cost management. The role will also involve managing financial controls, supporting audit processes, reviewing commercial proposals and contributing to global finance transformation initiatives. You will lead, coach and develop finance professionals while building strong relationships with regional and functional teams.
The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant or hold an equivalent professional qualification, with substantial experience in a senior finance management position within an international, multi-site or matrix environment. You will have a strong understanding of financial planning, management reporting, forecasting, controls and performance analysis, alongside advanced Excel and financial systems expertise. Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, reporting tools and process improvement would be advantageous. Excellent communication and influencing skills are essential, as is the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business insight. A proactive, collaborative and commercially focused approach, together with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities, will be key to success in this role. International travel may be required.
