Mental Health & Wellbeing Practitioner – Housing Support

Penumbra in Aberdeen is seeking a dedicated professional to join our Intensive Housing Support service. This full-time, permanent role works with the Integrated Drugs Team to provide recovery-focused support for individuals facing co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges.

You’ll use strengths-based approaches to promote self-management, resilience, and connections to community resources, helping people reduce harms and make informed decisions about their medication and wellbeing
