Traveling Care Training Coach & Induction Lead

Home Instead Exeter & East Devon is seeking a Trainer to ensure every Care Professional is fully equipped, confident and ready to deliver our relationship-led care across Exeter and East Devon.

You’ll follow new carers from induction through ongoing development, coaching them and measuring the direct impact of your training in clients’ homes. A full UK driving licence and an Enhanced DBS are required.
