Patient Access Scheduler Specialist

The Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is recruiting for a Booking and Scheduling role within the Patient Access Service. Based at Sentinel Park in Shrewsbury, you will manage outpatient bookings and procedures in a busy call centre, handling inquiries and supporting waiting list management to ensure smooth patient pathways.

Applicants should have GCSE English and Maths (grade 4 or above) or equivalent, with training provided for booking duties.
