RF Device Modelling & PDK Engineer

Octric Semiconductor, based in Newton Aycliffe, UK, is seeking an RF/microwave device engineer to lead characterisation and compact device modelling for MMIC Process Design Kits. You will interact with designers to understand requirements, provide modelling support, and contribute to PDk development.

Applicants should have DC and RF/microwave test experience, be a UK national willing to obtain security clearance, and hold a BEng or BSc in Electronic Engineering or Physics.
