Geotechnical Engineer

UTM Consultants are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer with experience operating a Neptune 3000 or 5000 CPT unit to join a project mobilising in the UK before travelling to the Faroe Islands

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Extensive hands‑on experience operating the Neptune 3000 or 5000 CPT unit is essential.
• Fully competent in the mobilisation, rig‑up, deployment, operation and demobilisation of the system.
• Strong technical knowledge of CPT equipment, operating procedures and troubleshooting.
• Experience working on offshore geotechnical investigation projects.
• Ensure all operations are conducted safely and in accordance with project procedures and HSE requirements.
