Education Strategy Lead – Community Safety & Youth Programs

Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service is seeking an experienced Education Manager on a fixed-term basis to lead the Education team and shape prevention interventions for children and young people across Devon and Somerset.

You will develop, implement and evaluate education programmes, ensure alignment with national guidance and local priorities, and provide professional guidance to partners and managers. Strong leadership, strategic planning and data-driven decision making are essential.
