Residential Child Care Worker — Therapeutic Care & Growth

Pebbles Care Limited is seeking Residential Child Care Workers to join a dedicated team across the Fife area. This role involves full-time shifts averaging 56.4 hours per week, including sleepovers, supporting children with tailored care plans.

Induction and ongoing development are provided by the Learning and Development team, with access to Level 3 SVQ/NVQ funding and opportunities for career progression within Pebbles’ network of homes and schools.
