Overview

In this FP&A Manager role, you will lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis to influence performance and growth. You will partner with senior finance and operations to provide insight, challenge plans, and support investment decisions. The role sits in a fast-paced retail environment, offering visibility into drivers of profitability and opportunities to shape future strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive a data-led approach to decision-making. Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes
• Produce regular forecasts and long-term financial plans
• Analyze sales, costs, margins, and overall performance with insights
• Deliver variance analysis and commentary
• Develop financial models and scenario analyses for decisions
• Partner with stakeholders to improve financial performance
• Support senior leadership with high-quality reporting and management information
• Identify trends, risks and commercial opportunities
• Improve FP&A reporting, processes and systems
• Support strategic projects and investment decisions
• Promote a data-led approach to decision-making across the business

Key requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance or similar analytical role
• Comfortable managing complex budgets and forecasts
• Highly analytical with strong financial modelling skills
• Commercially curious and able to look beyond the numbers
• Confident presenting financial information to senior stakeholders
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Retail, FMCG, e-commerce or high-volume commercial background preferred
