People & Payroll Operations Specialist

Confidential is seeking a proactive People & Payroll Administrator to support payroll, talent and people operations. The role combines HR administration with hands-on payroll processing and data management across the employee lifecycle.

You will work with the Performance & Learning Partner and report to the Compensation & Benefits Manager for payroll-related activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day People operations and payroll coverage when the Group Payroll Partner is absent.
