Change Grow Live is recruiting a Lead Nurse for the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham. This on-site role involves leading a multidisciplinary nursing team, delivering clinical interventions, and ensuring adherence to best practice across multiple sites. The position is full-time with pro rata arrangements for part-time hours.
