Midland Heart Ltd is seeking a Quality Inspector to enhance the quality of repairs, tenant satisfaction and service performance. You will work with operatives, contractors and repairs teams to ensure repairs are right first time, learn from failures and support continual improvement.
You will split time between on-site inspections and office analysis, maintaining records, identifying trends and communicating findings clearly to tenants and stakeholders.
