Outpatients Healthcare Assistant – Compassionate Care

Werndale Hospital in Carmarthen is seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join the Outpatients team on a 30-hour per week, permanent basis. The role involves supporting patients with hygiene, nutrition, observations, and basic clinical tasks within a collaborative care environment.

You will work with nurses, doctors and therapists to ensure safe, high-quality patient care and will need to cover flexible shifts. Prior experience in health or care settings is preferred.
