Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer – OE Team Lead to join the Bristol-based OE value stream. You will lead process improvement, oversee HS&E compliance and drive Right First Time across engine and module assembly activities for the Defence portfolio.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will develop talent, manage cross-functional activities and optimise digital systems and manufacturing processes to deliver high-quality outcomes.
