Store Manager: Lead Service, Team & Profit

KAUAI, in partnership with Virgin Active, is seeking a Store Manager to lead store performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Greater London site. The role is full time, 40 hours per week, reporting to the UK General Manager.

You will recruit and coach a high-performing team, manage budgets and labour, maintain food safety standards, and collaborate with Virgin Active management to provide a seamless member experience.
