Assistant SENCO – SEND Support & Inclusion Lead

Philip Morant School and College in Colchester is seeking an Assistant SENCO to join its dedicated SEND team. The role supports EHCPs, plan reviews, and interventions, working 37 hours per week across term-time and non-pupil days within a large secondary and post-16 provision.
