Deputy Manager, Care Home — Lead Compassionate Care Teams

The Old Vicarage Care Home in Clay Cross, Chesterfield, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead the care team and deliver outstanding, person-centred care.

You will oversee care planning, medication management, records and quality monitoring, deputise for the Home Manager, and participate in on-call and weekend rota. The role is 40 hours per week with a salary of £38,735 per annum, plus DBS, pension, uniform, 5.6 weeks leave and ongoing development.
