Care Home Deputy Manager – Lead Staff & Resident Care

Nazareth Care Charitable Trust is recruiting a Deputy Manager to join our care home team in Manchester. You will support the General Manager and act as Manager in their absence, guiding the overall management of the home and ensuring residents receive high-quality, person-centred care.

You will hold a current NMC registration with ongoing professional development and possess a teaching/mentorship or supervision qualification, along with substantial experience of working with older people.
