QA Lead, Social Care — Quality & Compliance

London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Officer to join the Adult and Children’s Social Care Quality Assurance Team. You will implement the council’s QA framework for care provider services in the borough, including Supported Accommodation.

The role focuses on person-centred, outcome-focused practice, using performance data to identify risks and drive improvements, and working with partners to ensure high-quality, well-led care for residents.
